Gaia Silk Top Down V-Neck Tank

Gaia Fitted Silk Top Down V-Neck Tank

by Haley Waxberg

Currently there is only one size for this pattern. The yarn has been discontinued and I think it may evolve into something else anyway. But for your pleasure, here it is. Please let me know if you run into any problems, typos or have some suggestions!

Size: one size, 37” finished bust, 23” long, but it is VERY stretchy and probably will fit a 40" bust easily. To make a smaller size go down a needle size.

Gauge: 14sts & 20 rows = 4”

• 6mm/24” circular neddles

• Handmaiden Silk Spun x 2 (100g/150m)

It's yarn swap time again? Remember all the great stuff you got last time? Remember all the stuff you got rid of last time? So tell me, when is a good day for you? Take the Yarn Swap Survey!

i started a ravelry group! it's called
Knit-O-Manic. I'm not sure what it's for, but i was asked to create one, so there you go.

This bag is one of Liane's progeny, but i don't have any photos right now and i didn't get much done at passover. It is for sale, $75.

This is also Liane's doing. i think it would fit a size 8 at the outside. It is made of soy silk! $80.00

Busy merchandising, marking down yarns for clearance. Spring cleaning. At the risk of anthropomorphizing, I think the yarns are tired of looking at me. Especially the ones sitting across from my desk. Don't give me that look ... Don't get smart with me misseys or I'll sent you to the basement and you'll never see hands again!

Maybe working till midnight on a Sunday isn't a great idea ....

I was on the phone tonight with Suzanne form New Zealand and she says I should start a Ravelry Group. Here are some names I'm throwing around, take the survey and tell me what you think:

sooooo sorry

i'm sorry i haven't posted yet. truth told, i've been swatching for the arms of my sahara and haven't made much progress. i'm tied up with work this week. accounting & ordering & merchandising & some volunteer work too. i still haven't gotten to my design work and if you want to help out with stitch n pitch this year drop me a line! now i've got to go and mark down the remains of the manos wool and fable baby alpaca ... priced to move of it's own volition (and you thought the lost remains in your veggie crisper were the only inanimate objects that walk)!
