  1. This is a wonderful pattern! I found it very easy for a beginner and the fact that I didnt need to use dpns to make it was fantastic!

  2. I have what is I'm sure a nitwit (no pun intended - ha!) question ... I have my stitches on the holder for the thumb and am at the point on the "body" of the mitten where it says to break the yarn, etc. ... This I understand. But what yarn do I then use to knit the thumb? Thanks for any helpful comments, and for sparing me the deserved derisive comments about my idiocy! :-)

  3. I really love that ther eis no double pointed needles. I have been looking for a chunky knit/no dpns and this is just perfect! thanks :o)

  4. I might have liked to use this pattern, but half of the directions were obscured by advertising verbiage on the right half of the screen making this pattern useless.

  6. Hey, I'm trying to do this pattern, and in the 11th row I think your instructions are fudged. I k1, *m1, k2, repeating the pattern from the *. However, when I finished with this row, I had... 33 stitches. What is going on?

  7. Oo that happened to me too. What are we doing wrong?!

  8. Hey, I am having the same problem as Chris J and Emily...can anyone tell me where I'm going wrong?!

  9. Same problem here...will muddle on and see how big it gets with more increase rows.

  10. And it seems that row 12 would be the right side as that begins the st st with the knit rows facing out. Still muddling thru :-)

  11. I'm having the same problem as above! Did anyone find a way of sorting it?
    Thanks
